This association operates in accordance with the Hong Kong Regulations on the Registration and Administration of Social Organizations and relevant regulations. The main body of the association's affairs is based in Hong Kong, and Guangdong, Macau, and international overseas organizations join the Hong Kong Association as members in an independent form. They can operate independently in various territories but act together on common goals and major projects.
